General Conditions

1. Registration

Registrations are processed in the order they are received. Registration requests do not guarantee a place; only confirmation from Villars Alpine Tennis SA is valid. Registration is only definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment.

 

2. Group Organization

Groups and schedules are determined by the Villars Alpine Tennis SA manager. Special requests can be mentioned during registration and will be taken into account as far as possible, without guarantee.

 

3. Payment

Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice. Villars Alpine Tennis SA reserves the right to refuse access to lessons in the event of non-payment.

 

4. Cancellation or Modification of Activities

Villars Alpine Tennis SA reserves the right to cancel or modify a lesson, program, or group if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in the event of a coach's unavailability, or for any other organizational reason. In this case, participants will be informed as soon as possible, and any amounts already paid may be refunded or credited.

 

5. Absences and Make-up Classes

Missed classes are not eligible for make-up classes or refunds.

 

6. Weather Conditions

In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, classes will be held provided covered facilities are available.

 

7. Refunds

Absence from classes does not entitle participants to a refund, except in cases of medical incapacity certified by a doctor's certificate for a minimum of four weeks.

 

8. Insurance and Accidents

Participants must have their own personal accident insurance. Villars Alpine Tennis SA accepts no liability for accidents or injuries occurring during activities.

 

9. Image Rights

Villars Alpine Tennis SA may take photographs or videos during activities. Participants authorize the use of their image on the company's website, communication materials, and social media, respecting individual privacy and for promotional purposes.

 

10. Participant Supervision

Participants are under the responsibility of the Villars Alpine Tennis SA coaches only during training hours and on the tennis courts. Outside of these times, Villars Alpine Tennis SA accepts no liability.

 

11. Data Protection

Participants' personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for the organization and management of Villars Alpine Tennis SA activities.

 

12. Force Majeure

Villars Alpine Tennis SA cannot be held liable for the cancellation or interruption of activities in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (natural disaster, administrative closure of facilities, pandemic, etc.).

 

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud.
